Live Music Vinyasa Flow
Tuesday March 24th 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
A rhythmic vinyasa flow where breath, movement, and live music come together. Creative sequencing and fluid transitions meet an evolving soundscape that supports your practice from the first sun salutation to final savasana. Expect options to modify or advance as you build strength, mobility, and mindfulness at a steady, intentional pace. Come ready to move, breathe, and be carried by the music. All levels welcome.

Start Here: A Beginner’s Intro to Yoga
Saturday April 4th 2:00 PM - 3:30 PM
Curious about yoga but not sure where to start? This 90-minute workshop is designed for complete beginners or anyone who wants to revisit the basics. In a relaxed, supportive environment, we’ll break down foundational poses, common yoga terms, and breathing techniques while moving at a slower, approachable pace. You’ll learn how to move safely through a yoga class, how to modify poses to suit your body, and have plenty of time to ask questions along the way.
We’ll also introduce the different styles of yoga offered at the studio so you can better understand which classes might feel like the best fit for you. Expect a mix of discussion, pose breakdowns, and a short beginner-friendly flow to bring everything together.
Where to Find Us
We are conveniently located on the corner of 16th and Morris just two blocks from the Broad Street Line. The studio also lives along two major bus routes (the 2 & the 29). Street parking is available if you drive.
